I have been to Pullman's many times, have ordered quite a lot of meals to go, I had become quite familiar with the whole place. My sister and I went to Pullman's on Mother's Day and I hardly recognized the place. We were greeted at the door, as we passed the cash register, and twice on the way to our booth. As we were seated, we were asked if we would like a drink, as all restaurants do this, we expected this question. What we did not expect was the other three who made sure we had been offered a drink while waiting for our breakfast. Each and every one of them had a genuine smile and warmth about them. The place was packed. Whoever does your scheduling did an awesome job. Everyone was super busy but still maintained a professional and warm friendly atmosphere. Our food was served quickly and I must say, the food was excellent. You have a special kick to your French toast that is super tasty. My sister really loved her omelet and commented on how pleasant our day had begun. My hats off to the young lady who sang a beautiful song while we waited for our food. It really seems your new staff works well with your old staff. One of these days, you will have to expand. Thank you for the great food and the great atmosphere on our special day.
