“A great place for Sunday brunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 18, 2012

The Pullman Place is located in downtown Leavenworth, Kansas. The restaurant is a family friendly business which uses rail road history and photos as a theme. We have been there many times for after church brunch, and it is always very busy... but worth the wait. The menu features normal breakfast fare - eggs, bacon, omelets, and the like. The food is quite good and very, very reasonably priced. You may have to wait a moment or two for seating, especially on a Sunday. Unlike most of downtown Leavenworth, parking is not a problem and there is a large parking lot across the street. The Pullman Place also hosts private events.

“Great little find”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

Loved this train themed place. Good little menu in a typical diner fashion. They handled a larger group with ease. the menu had something for everyone. Even accommodated my allergies

“very unusal moment”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

our family has been in lv for 1 1/2 yrs our first meal was at this restaurant. we are not known there but eat there 2-3 times a month. on sunday i went to pullmans because my daughter had just gotten out of hospt. yes they were very busy the young lady took my to go order and i paid and i waited. 30 minutes later a long brown haired woman came down from the top booth and told me the could not substitue corn for cranberry sauce. once she found out i already paid for my meal which i got mashed corn and turkey. 7.35 and i tipped 3.00 she was really mad -i told her to just leave off the corn no big deal -after waiting 20 more min and i had 3 people inquire on my order she -the older lady said here. not thanks or anything. now im not mad at any of that-but-i will never go back because i wasnt even out the door and i hear her berrating the kid about next time make sure blah blah blah keep in mind on their menu was a special of turkey dressing cranberry gravy soup or salad for 7.95. Really i think they did ok off me -my daughter is a teen also and i will never suggest her first job would be there nor will i ever eat there . really i hope she felt so superior and i hope she thought it was all worth it. i dont know it just was very disappointing. also while i was sitting on the bench the older waitress with a long braid was just ripping into the blonde teen seater kid. people do not let your teens work here. too bad cause the food is usually good. but never again - and i know im only one person -but wow

“Very good food family atmosphere”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 20, 2012 via mobile

Outside it looks small but there is plenty of seating. Good food, daily specials and large portions for the price. Homemade taste. The staff very friendly and helpful. Service was also fast, we didn't have to wait too long for our food to arrive.
