My family stayed at this hotel for a family reunion. They were so accommodating and helpful with all of our needs. Would definitely come back here. Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast attendant was very funny

I was looking for a good deal near Lansing and Leavenworth but there are not many options. After expanding my search (about 10-12 miles), I found this hotel. It was a great surprise! It is near the Legends shopping area, baseball field, soccer field, race track and tons of eating options. It is very economical; yet, we still had the swimming pool, a free breakfast in the morning, free cookies and coffee at the front near check-in. It was worth the extra driving to have a nice bed, good customer service and "extras."

I stayed on a Thursday night, a non sporting (races, soccer or bball) and still the Hotel was FULL. Glad I made a reservation. Staff was not as friendly as most Country Inns especially after I called from my first room and said not only was there a musty odor but the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. eewwwww. I am glad they switched rooms for me. Next room was adequate. The hotel is getting pretty rough around the edges. Carpets, bedding, towels, lighting very dim. But not many rooms available in the Village West complexes for the amount of visitors to the area. I enjoy Legends and all the dining and shopping options. I will probably try a different accommodations next time unless I hear they have renovated.

We stayed here after traveling over 8 1/2 hours so we were tired and ready to rest comfortably! The front desk staff were warm & friendly. My kids wanted to try out the pool and it was busy but pretty clean, although small. Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The highlight of our trip was the breakfast! Paula does an amazing job keeping the breakfast area super clean and well stocked. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to the manager who told me that Paula has been there since the hotel first opened! James was helping her and he was also working hard to keep things going smoothly. We really enjoyed it! Location is great-- close to restaurants, shops, and even a Target if you've forgotten anything!!

We will be back!!

My only complain, nasty carpet in the elevator, please change that!

I would recommend this budget hotel for a family getaway. Clean, great customer service, very friendly staff. Kids loved the full breakfast. It was in a great location across from the Legends mall as long as you don't mind a little racetrack noise on the weekend. Wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep though and over early enough. Coffee maker, refrig, and microwave in room. Not a fancy hotel but we didn't mind it at all.

We stayed at Country Inn and suites for 2 nights. I would only recommend staying there if there are absolutely no other options available. It is a very basic, generic motel. The rooms were ugly, beds uncomfortable, bathrooms need updated. The hallways were loud with kids screaming and doors slamming. The sheets were hard and scratchy, the bedspread had a sour smell. The breakfast is advertised to start at 7am, at 7:15 it was finally ready. The breakfast worker was rude and yelling at people to get out of the way. Avoid this place if you can.

We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience during your stay. It is unfortunate when situations like this arise. The young boys baseball team that was here with their families from Oklahoma did occupy many of our rooms. We take every precaution to make sure that all guests are affected as little as possible by the noise . We hope you will consider us again when you are in the area with your family. If you would like to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
