“Loved it! Wonderful Stay! Friendly Employees!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2014

We stayed here after traveling over 8 1/2 hours so we were tired and ready to rest comfortably! The front desk staff were warm & friendly. My kids wanted to try out the pool and it was busy but pretty clean, although small. Our room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The highlight of our trip was the breakfast! Paula does an amazing job keeping the breakfast area super clean and well stocked. I was so impressed that I asked to speak to the manager who told me that Paula has been there since the hotel first opened! James was helping her and he was also working hard to keep things going smoothly. We really enjoyed it! Location is great-- close to restaurants, shops, and even a Target if you've forgotten anything!!

We will be back!!

Driving from Orlando to Seattle, stop to have a good night rest, it was quick check in, great customer services, great clean suite! and the check out was excellent to.
My only complain, nasty carpet in the elevator, please change that!

I would recommend this budget hotel for a family getaway. Clean, great customer service, very friendly staff. Kids loved the full breakfast. It was in a great location across from the Legends mall as long as you don't mind a little racetrack noise on the weekend. Wasn't so bad that I couldn't sleep though and over early enough. Coffee maker, refrig, and microwave in room. Not a fancy hotel but we didn't mind it at all.

We stayed at Country Inn and suites for 2 nights. I would only recommend staying there if there are absolutely no other options available. It is a very basic, generic motel. The rooms were ugly, beds uncomfortable, bathrooms need updated. The hallways were loud with kids screaming and doors slamming. The sheets were hard and scratchy, the bedspread had a sour smell. The breakfast is advertised to start at 7am, at 7:15 it was finally ready. The breakfast worker was rude and yelling at people to get out of the way. Avoid this place if you can.

We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience during your stay. It is unfortunate when situations like this arise. The young boys baseball team that was here with their families from Oklahoma did occupy many of our rooms. We take every precaution to make sure that all guests are affected as little as possible by the noise . We hope you will consider us again when you are in the area with your family. If you would like to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We stay at this hotel whenever in KC. It is very homey and welcoming. Great breakfast, pool and free wifi. Close to all shopping, speedway, KC baseball. All suites have microwave and small refrig. Staff are polite and helpful. Stop by and experience this for yourself.

Room Tip: Top floor, always!

We stayed in this hotel for a baseball tournament in the area. It was an excellent facility, handy to major roads and with a very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast area was large and welcoming, and the breakfast selections were excellent.

Room Tip: The king suite we stayed in on the third floor was very quiet and excellently furnished.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while we were in Kansas CIty for a hockey tournament. The people were very nice even though we were checking in very late on a Friday night. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and the only problem we encountered on the second night was the AC wasn't cooling the room very well. It was blowing cool air but not cold air. This was the beginning of May and the weather was just warm enough to want the AC on. We were both too tired to mess with it that night but did mention it to the manager when we checked out. We would stay there again! The location is great and it was easy to get to everything. We weren't there on a race weekend so I don't know how traffic is during that time, but when we were there it was not a problem.
