We have eaten at the Hays Golden Coral from time to time over almost a decade and appreciate that it has not gone downhill like many other GC's. It is consistently clean, with well presented, well prepared and flavorsome food. Rarely do you get the impression that anything has been sitting around a long time.
The steaks got really good about two years ago and usually the grillers do well in getting you exactly what you want. The servers only bring drinks and clean up, but I have seen them go get things for the elderly or handicapped. The only challenge is eating only what you need. : )
