“Gunsmoke stuff here”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

We toured this place in September. There is more to see in the summer, as far as activities. My husband enjoyed the Marshall Dillon stuff. It was OK. I expected more, but we are glad we had a chance to stop. Even though it was a bit on the cheesy side. We always wanted to visit Dodge City. Cost of admission was $9 each.

“must visit for history buffs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

very good museum.. price is 9.00 to enter and is self guided.. they have the old boot hill cemetery with stories on how some of people died there. there is a main street with a saloon, working saloon at that, you can get a beer, listen to piano player and the lady behind the bar tells you the history of the bar. not all of the stores were open when i visited.

“fun place to visit!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2012

We enjoyed the movie that told about the "real" Boot Hill and town. And was impressed by all the artifacts displayed to tell the story.

“LOTS of information!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

The Boot Hill Museum has lots of information and artifacts to enjoy. The shops set up were very interesting. Unfortunately we were there in the fall when they don;t have people reenacting the old west. However, there was plenty to see and take in. We were there for several hours.

“Good for adults and children”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2012

Great variety even in the off season. Creative way of displaying. It was a cold day, but could go from building to building inside. Staff were very friendly and informative. Easy to use.
