The meats provided are simply superb, in taste, quality of cooking, and range. You get Turkey, beef, pork and now lamb, all with a fully risen yorkshire pudding. For the money it is awesome value, and shows with the big queues ( easily seated ) and the need to book at peak times.
To get a higher rating I would like to see better roast potatoes - which are the corner stone of a Sunday Roast - these are a little solid throughout and not crispy enough on the outside. A par boiled potatoe once roasted is soft and fluffy in the inside and crisp on the outside which these are not - ideally a little like a lindt lindor chocolate. Sometimes some of the vegetables are over cooked too. However, all said it is great value and the meats are cooked perfectly. We are regular visitors and its justifiably busy
