We have had at least four return extended stays during the past few years and each time the experience is more enjoyable. It is our home away from home; a place where we feel appreciated, comfortable and cared for. There is little I can add to my wife's comments other than to say that we have stayed at least 12 months and management and staff attention to detail is exemplary. The location is within walking distance for grocery shopping, restaurants, a large mall and accessibility to major highways. We have no hesitation in recommending Valley West Inn to you all.

Hotel was very out dated and dirty. When we got there, a guy was fumigating the room next door. I pulled away the comforter and a spider ran away. The hall ways were hot and smelled like urine. We received only two towels for the three of us staying there and one tiny bar of soap. The tv was old and had a terrible picture. Couldn't find HBO even after asking the lady at the front desk three times. I had to walk down to talk to her because the phones didn't work. Never worked the two nights we stayed there. The elevator was old and scary because it was so bumpy. Even after we used the elevator we had to walk up a flight of stairs. I would not recommend this place.

This hotel is old, run down, and generally dirty. The headboards are made of cheap foam, and in our room, there were dozens of holes poked in them. The blankets and towels were stained and the room was generally dirty.There are many other hotels in the area that offer much cleaner and more comfortable rooms at comparable prices.

Room was clean and will maintained, however, furnishings seemed very dated. No WiFi which in my mind is a big negative, there was a room down the hall that had computers for guest use. There is a restaurant and separate sports bar in the hotel and a large shopping center across the street. Located just off I-235.
