“Nice variety”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

the place needs a bit of freshing up however the food is good. Portions are in line with how big they should be instead of the over indulgence that happens everywhere else in the country. Service is usually very good. Pricing is on the upper scale for the area but still not out of line.

“Meals on the Go”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

Great concept for busy people & those staying indoors due to the snowy/cold weather! Before 10 a.m. order your meal from the menu of the day -- pick it up after 2 p.m., then warm it up & eat at your leisure!

“Enjoyed it very much”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 23, 2013

We had the Salmon and the Combo. The Salmon was excellent and the only complaint on the combo was the scallops were a little over cooked and small. The price for the food is not out of line with what we would pay for the same items at home. The decore was fine not great and not bad. It was a good and quiet place for us to eat dinner for my birthday.

“Dingy decor, skimping on food quality”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, saying "anything on the menu is good". It was clear by the quality and portions served that the owners were trying hard to cut costs. The old-fashioned décor was no longer quaint but now seems in need of freshening. Glad other customers liked it because it's good when a privately owned business does well ... but we won't be back.

“If you find yourself in Webster City when traveling this place is the one place to try !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013

I was in the area on business and gave this place a try at the recommendation of the hotel front desk. I can say I was not disappointed. The place is located downtown in this small rural town. The atmosphere is very nice with little secluded seating great for business meetings or privacy. I had baked cod with Cajun seasoning and it was cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and attentive. You will not go wrong giving this place a try. It is also worth the drive if you live even 30 or 40 miles away. Don't overlook this little place ! You won't be disappointed. Menu has many selections. Will visit again 5 stars and a great find.
