There aren't many places you can get pan fried chicken, but that is their specialty. I wouldn't order it anywhere else (never like "chewing on the bones") but that is the only thing I order at Gingham Inn. It's a step back to the past as you enter the restaurant - it hasn't changed much in over 30 years. The menu includes many choices, but I don't remember much about them - we always get some form of fried chicken - available in a number of sizes from baskets through family style dinners. The kids will appreciate that one of the salad choices is jello!
