“great experience”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

We participated in the preparation of a traditional meal as would have been prepared in the old days.
Annie as hostess is a delightful host and Norm the Chef is not only very entertaining and full of great knowledge that he shares in cooking technique, but also makes sure to have each person participate in the prep and cooking which was great fun.
Then we get to eat the great full course meal we prepared in a stunning setting of an old church coverted into a cooking school>
Really worth booking this, we would definetly return.

“Simply Charming Experience!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

I wandered into Annie's Table out of curiousity while touring around in PEI. What a wonderful find. I signed up for a gluten free cooking class the following week. The class, taught by Tracey Allan, (an Islander) was informative in not only how to cook gluten free, but also you got some insight on the history, culture and other information about PEI. We sat down and ate the meal we had made with Tracey's expertise at Annie's wonderful table. Annie and our husbands who arrived early to pick us up were invited to join as well. Such a great experience, I ordered Tracey's cookbook when I got back home for myself and my daughter (and we are not gluten intolerant!). Annie has thought of everything to make your experience memorable.

“WOW how much fun was that?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 30, 2013

Spent the evening with 16 friends, Annie and Chef Norm and boy was it fun, informative and most importantly, TASTY. The quality of the product, the fun of learning, and the laughter of friends filled the old Church to the rafters and reminded me why Prince Edward Island is my home-away-from-home.

Annie, Chef, you may have only been a round a few years, but by GOSH you are doing everything right. Thanks for letting us into your kitchen, and sharing a bit of PEI hospitality. Definitely a Four Star experience with Four Star cuisine.

Charlie and fiends.
