This is the worst place I've stayed in years. Got price on a Sunday afternoon off Travelodge web site stating it was $54.45 (this is including taxes) for 2 queen size beds, called made reservation. When we get there, its $64 (after the AARP discount) according to the desk person I looked at the room prices wrong- I'm not going to bother! We get to our room--YIKES it is filthy! Wouldn't even think of stepping foot in shower, the vanity & sink were filthy, dirt-dust- candy wrappers between & behind dressers in room, carpet-I don't even want to think about that. We had a poolside room & it had besides 2 queen beds a single (childs bed) in it. So there was no extra room except the main walk way in front of bed. We should of just gone to front desk and demanded a full refund and left, but we were extremely tired and sleep won out. Did mention all these items to the front desk next morning upon check out, she stated she would look and see who had cleaned room day before (or should I say who hadn't cleaned day before). All in all this has turned me off Travelodge all together- I doubt I will ever give another one a try.

It is always good to hear feedback on good points as well as bad points to know where we can improve to make your stay more enjoyable. We have made and are in the process of making more improvements. I apologize for any inconvenience that you did experience with your stay. I am not sure what rate you made reservation on but we do have different rates during weekdays and weekends. Unfortunately once you reserve the room at certain rates we are not able to make changes on it. As always please tell the front desk right away for any problems in the room upon check in to get room change or refund. Once you use the room and complained next day we are not able to validate that. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience and please feel free to contact me at the property and ask for the manager if there is anything else I can do to rectify the situation.
