We've stayed here several times since this motel was built. We have always enjoyed our stays; much better than the other motel options offered in Iowa Falls. A word of caution: be sure to make reservations early as rooms in this city can be difficult to get at times.

Here you will find that the staff members are very friendly and personable. Breakfast is a hit or miss but will suffice most of the time. The coffee is pretty bad as in (watered down) so do plan accordingly. There are a wide variety of tease from pick me uppers to sleepy time. Great location in a small scenic town. There are several places to eat including at the grocery market which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Over all this is a good place to stay. I prefer the opposite side of the parking lot facing a nice green field with an old rustic pick-up truck.

Having tried Super 8 across the street and River's Bend Bed and Breakfast, I vote the AmericInn as the best place to stay. It's clean, well managed, friendly staff, good amenities, comfortable beds. And the hotel is conveniently located near shopping, the new hospital (under construction as of this writing), and most of all, it's quiet. You don't hear the highway traffic or the trains, both of which are nearby. So you get a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast is fresh and you serve yourself, free refills!
