I have been wanting to stop here for months, and yesterday, I am SO happy we did. Originally stopping for breakfast, and thinking it was a typical Panamanian restaurant, it was mid morning and they didn't have empanadas, or many of those typical dishes. Because the Branding Iron is far from a typical restaurant in Panamá. I glanced over the menu and saw NY Strip, Ribeye, Shrimp with housemate cocktail sauce, and PIZZA! The absolute best handmade thin crust New York style crusted pizza in Central America with superb sauce and generous toppings. We went to David for an appointment and knew we had to return for these delicious menu offerings
Neil, from Montana, is the owner. He made us a vegetable pizza and a shrimp basket. It was the best! They were the best, hosts, and we enjoyed their hospitality. Neil, this place should be busy all the time and I hope this review helps.
