My wife and I recently made our first visit to the Zionsville Stone Creek restaurant, having visited the Greenwood location previously. It was a Saturday night so the restaurant was relatively busy.
The appetizer and the dinners were all very well prepared and very delicious. Dinners included a salad and a very tasty potato or rice side. One of the best restaurant meals that I've had in a while. There was enough food on the plate to make this a real meal and not just a taste test that you get at some overpriced restaurants.
Our visit was just over $100 for an appetizer, 2 meals, a bottle of wine and dessert. Pricey enough that we won't come here often, but still a good place to get a great meal. If we would skip the appetizer, wine and dessert, the tab would probably be less than $50. Most selections on the dinner menu range from about $15 to $25.
The night we were at Stone Creek, there were couples, small families, and large families; all of whom appeared to be enjoying the evening. I enjoyed the dinner and my wife was impressed that I took her out for such a nice date!
The restaurant also has a separate bar room that has a reputation for good martinis.
