Go for lunch and enjoy the beautiful bento box lunch choices. If it's warm enjoy the screened in porch.

“Eclectic menu and casual elegance, ideal for adventurous diners”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 16, 2014

We come here occasionally for dinner and were here again for a celebratory meal on a Saturday night. Our server Norma was very good and helpful, responding to our request to quickly order the appetizer as we were very hungry! We had the bibb lettuce salad and the White Swan sushi. Both were excellent. For the entree we all had the Sablefish entree followed by Chocolate Silk as dessert. The fish was excellent, the squash cake served with it was stuffed with goat cheese, a bit rich for my taste but nonetheless very good. The Chocolate Silk dessert paired jalapeno sorbet with chocolate mousse, crumbled red velvet cake and mini chocolate cake squares. Very interesting flavor combinations. Whether you like them or not, it is fun to try them out! We always enjoy coming here as it is a fun and upbeat place, especially for adventurous diners.

“Best lunches, period!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2014

Just love Cerulean Restaurant for lunch! The food is wonderful, creative and fresh and the service is outstanding. The setting in renovated Winona Lake is lovely and I would suggest a table on the screen porch, facing the canal. Dinners are also terrific but the restaurant can be very noisy at night and I struggle to hear. A very enthusiastic thumbs up for this little gem in Winona Lake.

“A Charming Find Totally Off the Beat & Path!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2014 via mobile

On the road to a fencing tournament in Culver, IN last year, thoughts turned to dinner a few miles before the Winona Lake exit. I stumbled upon the out of the way find which already had a 4.5 star rating on one if the other restaurant sites. Curious, we took a chance & to our surprise, our dinner @ Cerulean was wonderful. Again just last week, we tried it again. The place was booked with reservations until well past 9:00. We waited for about 20 mins & were seated just outside of the bar area. Our server ironically remembered us from last year. I take it that not too many fencers on their way to a competition have stopped there before. Everything we ordered was prepared well...from the scrumptious sweet potato soup to the inventive sushi rolls to the luscious rocks & pebbles dessert. The service is friendly & attentive, the plating is very artistic using local farm fresh foods from around IN.
