Tucked away just off of US 52 in West Lafayette, is the delightful Baja Peninsula. This is one of my favorite places to dine. Chef makes everything from scratch-- even the polenta. I am always greeted cheerfully--and staff always makes sure I am well attended to. The food is SO GOOD. Nothing frozen or canned here. The salmon with the buerre blanc sauce is a favorite- but I have never had a bad dish there. Highly recommend for a special occasion, or just when you want to kick back and be treated like you matter.
