Maru is a small restaurant that packs big flavor menu offerings. The menu is extensive and ordering can be difficult based on the vast selections. That being said, I've never ordered anything I did not like.
My favorite sushi rolls are the Chili Tai Roll, White Night Roll, New York Roll, and the Red Bull Roll. The sushi is always fresh, well prepared and presented in a creative and appealing fashion. The lunch menu is always a great value, although the portion sizes appear to be reduced.
Maru serves up traditional Japanese and Korean dishes in a quaint yet vibrant setting. The food is always top-notch, as is the service. For large parties, consider ordering take-out, as Maru cannot accomodate large parties.
