I was thoroughly impressed, albeit I did not go for the food.
Location: A ways off the main road on the corner of the building off of 56, very close to the Sulphur Springs Attractions and casino. You can just walk everywhere here.
Ambience: 5 stars!
Lots of comforting wood and soft lighting but not dark. There is patio seating. The clientele was composed of couples, groups of women, and well...one single traveling gal.
Wine tasting is free with the exception of their 2 most expensive bottles, one of which is a port. These 2 cost $2-$3 per taste. Their most popular seller is the French Lick Red...which is deliciously sweet but they have several dry varieties, one of which is the Dry Traminette (which I learned is Indiana's official state wine!). You must must must try the Crem dessert wine, if only to put on those rose colored glasses for a moment, 19% alcohol content-100% love potion.
Service: Exceptional, per the Indiana usual.
