This is a great, if not a bit quirky, spot. To look at their website, you'd expect that this is just a bar with a bunch of young folks getting trashed! But we found it a pleasant lunch and/or dinner spot with good food and lots of people watching. We ate there twice on vacation. One discovery… do not choose one of the high-top tables near the bar. The bartender waits those tables and we had terrible service. But eating outside, we had quick, attentive service, plus an up-close look at the boats coming and going.
The highlight was definitely their prime rib sandwich. While half expecting a sandwich with thin-sliced beef, we were pleasantly surprised with a thick cut slab of char-broiled prime rib, so big that it was twice the size of the delicious potato roll. And with the add on of sautéed onions and mushrooms, this sandwich was heavenly. Add a side of their awesome potato salad and you won't be disappointed.
