“Great for Notre Dame football”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2011

Lots of beer choices - the beer flights are fun. Food is OK; not real special but OK. Located next to Notre Dame in the Eddy Street Commons area and that ambiance is pretty cool, especially for watching ND football and basketball - and then it gets real fun.

“Dreadful food”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 26, 2011

I went here for an after work drink and meal. The staff were nice, but the food was dreadful. I had salmon and sweet potato fries. I assume that the salmon last swam in 2006. It was tough, dense and flavorless. The sweet potato fries, inexplicably served with an even sweeter dip, were charred fatty husks of carbs. Truly, outside of an aircraft, I don't think I've been presented with a worse meal in this century. And here's the odd thing: they charge quite a lot of money for their pre-packaged, microwaved fare.

“Kids aren't cool”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 23, 2011

Picture a beautiful august evening with AMPLE outdoor seating...great choice for a hungry family, right. Not so fast. Families with kids are seated indoors and in the back, as not to take away from the urban, rich, campus feel. If we weren't so hungry we would have left. The food was okay, wait staff fine.

“Lousy overcooked fish”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2011

The fish and chips was recommended. The batter was dry and overcooked. The fish inside was just ok. On a scale of 1-10, it was maybe a 3. Disappointing.

“Huge selection of beer and (mostly) authentic Irish food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2011

This is a great restaurant! The highlights for me was the amazing selection of beer! They had nearly every Irish beer and cider, ranging from Kilkenny Red to Magners! In addition to their drink selection, their food is delicious! Their Guinness stew was amazing and reasonably priced! If you ever find yourself in the area, go check it out!
