This hotel is older, getting a little shabby, but we feel it's great for the value. We have stayed numerous times while caring for an elderly relative nearby. The service we get, from last minute reservations to requests for quiet rooms, extending our stay and late checkout, has been outstanding. The manager, Dawn, overhearing that the clerk was going to put us on 1st floor, even came out & told him to put us on 3rd, before we had a chance to ask. Kathy is often there in the mornings, and while I can't remember all the names of the staff, I have to say they take very good care of us. I would guess this hotel is on the list for renovations soon, but I am very appreciative of the staff. Baymont, pay attention to these people - they are a credit to you!
