I am glad that you contacted us as we wanted to let you know how unhappy we were with our visit. Outside of our room was the speaker for the hallway music, which we noticed was loud when we got to the hotel. At 10:00 p.m. I called the front desk asking that they turn off the radio. They did, however, at 1:30 a.m. we awoke again to music and again called the front desk. They did, however, again at 3:00 a.m. we again woke to music, wherein we called the front desk and let "Sarah" know that we were not happy about the music and we would be speaking with the manager. The music was turned off and she hung up on my husband. Not too professional! Continental breakfast, very poor in that the hot food containers were empty except for some runny eggs. The room was clean.
