Concept is nice. Place is overall quiet as promised.
Iris Suite - There was no wood for the wood burning fireplace - we had to go spend $10 dollars to buy some. No wine glasses in room with kitchenette - $10 more dollars to go buy some. Hot tub was noisy - like sleeping near a running washing machine all night. Breakfast (ie. 2 muffins) was not replaced on 2nd day, so had to go ask for more. Very stingy with towels - when you replace them - you get very low quality beat up towels. No bath mat out of the shower or the hot tub! Very dangerous! So you have to use your precious few towels to step out on so you don't slip. #1 bad thing,..the mattress was terrible (small queen) - you'll need the very hot (no adjusting), hot tub for your back. For the price, we'll try a different place next time.
