The hotel is well located, less than 10 minutes walk from nightlife beach at Haad Rin, but far enough away from the noise of the beach and the Full Moon party.
Quiet hotel with great atmosphere to become calm and relaxed.
The room is Big and clean with garden view. The beds were very comfortable and also big and comfortable bathroom.
In the resort there were 2 nice and clean swimming pools. The sea side pool has beautiful and unforgettable sunset view.
The excellent restaurant has very good breakfast and varied food.
Staff was kind and friendly and made a huge effort to delight our stay.

We stayed at the hotel of one night. the hotel upgrated us to the roons with the beach view. The room was great, very big and nice. The dissapointning thing was the shower. There was Wifi connection availeble at the rooms big plus!
The swimming pool was nice,on the beach and the breakfast was also good
but if you want to be at the party area, this is not teh hotel to stay in.

A group of 6 stayed here for three night's, we were suppose to have a transfer pick us up from the dock and drop us off at the hotel. When we arrived there was no one there, we rang the hotel and the gentlemen that answered the phone could not speak english and kept putting us on hold. Eventually a lady answered the phone quite abrubtly and screamed down the phone "You get your own way to hotel!" and hung up. We jumped in a tuk tuk and made our way to the hotel fuming! when we got there the same gentlemen who could not speak english was at the desk i showed him my paperwork with the transfer and he just said "oh sorry" it took a good 20 minutes to check in as he was struggling with all the passports and correct paperwork.
When we got to our rooms they were well presented and just what we wanted. Unfortunatley we were only blessed with face washers and hand towels on our first night and then only supplied one towel each after that. The staff at the restaurant were always so friendly and happy to help us in anyway possible, Ducky was also excellent at suggesting cocktails and telling us about the Island, the front desk staff did not want to reccommend restaurants or even tell us the price of a tuk tuk around the island! we were told to just stand on the street and ask!
Prices are excellent compared to other resorts. Just a shame with the rude service at the front desk.

We made arrangements to run a tab after 5 days of a 7 day reserved stay we got a call at 11am and were informed we needed to come to reception to settle our tab upon arrival at front desk we were informed that they would charge us a 20% service fee for using credit cards (they wanted cash) we got cash for them a very nice and helpful bar manager made enquiries on our behalf and the administration staff informed us our bill was not paid there seems to be some corruption going on here this was all finally resolved but we were not feeling very safe so checked out early at our own expense this hotel does not follow usual procedures of requesting credit card and passport info beware
