Spent 3 nights at Turkey Run Inn with two grandsons ages 11 and 13. We had a King room which was very comfortable for us. I had to ask for help getting the shower to work and requested the missing hair dryer twice. The dinner at the resturant was good but we ate breakfast in our room and ate most dinners outside the park. It is a beautiful park and we enjoyed hiking the moderate trails--the best I can do. The big negative for us was at the Inn pool. The pool is inside but the water seemed cold. There were some very roudy teenagers that pretty much took over the pool so it was difficult for younger children to enjoy the pool. We were aware there is no life guard but someone from the Inn staff should check the pool maybe hourly to make sure everything is alright. At least one mother took her children and left the pool area because of the rowdy big kids. All in all we had a pleasant visit but next time we will go back to McCormick's Creek which we, personally liked better.
