First of all, I ate here late on a Sunday night at the sushi bar, so I can't speak to the teppanyaki experience or how they do at peak times. BUT, this is a very good small sushi spot. Their fish was excellent, and they had a high quality (and reasonably priced) selection of fish. Maguro tuna, albacore, super-white, salmon, surf clam, scallops all nice size servings and quality.
They also have a wide and imaginative selection of rolled sushi, with and without fish, cooked, raw, and deep-fried. I asked the sushi chef to give me a roll he thought I should try and got a spicy tuna/avocado roll with yellow tail, tuna, and salmon on the outside with jalapenos and tobiko and 3 kinds of sauce. It was EXCELLENT (and I'm more of a fan of traditional sushi/sashimi/maki).
Overall, good service, a fair price and terrific food. For a last minute stop on a road trip, this was a home run!
