Room smelled of chemicals from jetted tub (jets were very dirty) & backed up to highway, noisy while sleeping. Good location though, breakfast good(suggest more fruit). Value is excellent.

Mold in the air unit and mold in the bathroom. Reported to front desk but they just said sorry about that. Elevator didn't work either. Planned to stay several nights in area but wouldn't stay there. Called at night to report the mold and because we didn't want to move they seemed to think they should have to do anything.

I apologize for the bad experience you had in our guest room over the weekend. Typically if we have a room issue we try to move the guest so that maintenance can work in the room, especially if chemicals are needed to treat the issue. I am sorry if this wasn't explained to you. ok stay. However, they never cleaned our room during our multiple night stay and they ran out of towels.

We had just checked into Baymont in Planefield when my wife became very ill. She was placed in St. Fransis Hospital just minutes away from this Baymont.... The took me and my wife's puppy in without hesitation and were made to feel like honored guest for our stay. We needed a handicap room and a pet friendly place and Baymont met our needs even with a special discount on pricing.
We will stay in as many Baymont Inn's as possible when we travel.
