Where do I start? When I first walked in to my room there was a dirty trashcan in the bathtub so I had to ask them to finish cleaning. There is always a group of people hanging out smoking around the outside the office like it's a coffee shop or something. The owners are unreachable. The rooms are completely infested with roaches and flees. You can expect the housekeeper to pound on the door like she's trying to knock it off the hinges. If you're ever looking for sex offenders you can find plenty of them residing at 7410 East 21st Street Indianapolis, IN 46219. They only do linens and housekeeping once a week and there's no laundry facility onsite. The nearest laundromat and grocery store is a mile away and if you don't have a car the only way you can get to it is by cab, (expect to pay anywhere from $10 to $15 for that trip) because there's no bus that goes to the laundromat. Their weekly rate is $185 and that doesn't include the phone which they will charge $10 extra per week for and that's local calling only. They go in your room when you're not there and the maintenance people come and check your air conditioner without warning. The wifi only works in about 5 rooms. The rooms look great when compare them to a room at the King's Inn which look like someone may have set them on fire and even though I would never stay at the King's Inn again at least they didn't have any bug problems. There is a hotel right down the road that charges $185.50 per week and has laundry facilities and their price includes local and long distance phone and wifi and it's within sight of a grocery store.
