To whom it may concern:
I am not sure where to begin or where to send complaints. Lets just start by saying our experience here was terrible and I am sure that we will NEVER travel 2 hours for an experience like this again. Customer service was AWFUL!! My 2.5 year old couldn’t enjoy herself because she was getting trampled on by teenagers in the "toddler area". It was absolute mayhem, first getting in the shallow pool I had to pull an infant/toddler up from under water before she drowned because a teenage kid was climbing up the slide as the infant/toddler was coming down and the big kid was on top of the baby!! These older kids have all kinds of options of things to do and the young babies should be able to enjoy themselves. The floating crab toy was over run by big kids knocking over the lil kids like bowling pins! Not to mention the big hole in the grates on the pool side that was just covered by a sign...any person could fall into that hole and if it was a baby, they would break their leg. The "lifeguards" that were walking around the areas were more worried about conversing or watching girls walk by then worried about safety in the pool.
When we went to get food.. The guys that were working up there, would ignore us, slow moving, wouldn’t smile, say "your welcome" after our polite "thank you", even went and gossiped up with other customers when our food was there getting cold. One of them finally brought our food order to one side of the counter, then when I asked for our drinks he went and left them all the way down on the other side of the counter. He didn’t tell me they were mine and just walked off..which by the way we had no ice in our drinks because they were obviously to lazy to fill the ice bin. When I was standing in line, a guest behind me who was also waiting asked me "Is this your first time here?" I replied "yes", she said "us too, and this will definitely be our last!"
None of the water fountains worked, it was ridiculous trying to find somewhere to get a cold drink of water. I don’t think that there was one employee that smiled, wasn’t rude, or that made us feel welcome (even the lady in the arcade). There is NO reason for us to come back to this place. We will not tell people that this place is a good time. I am sickened by the way this business is ran! There are plenty other indoor water parks that we can travel to and get treated way better!!!
