On the road, decided to eat at Edward's Drive-Inn based on of one of the food shows that I saw on T.V....BIG MISTAKE.
The only reason why I gave them two stars is because the service was very good and the Root Beer (they make their root beer and it is the most favorable root beer I have ever drank) is insanely good. However, I did not go there for the root beer, I went for the "pork tenderloin sandwich". Thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin, thin. The pork tenderloin that I ate was the most bland and thinest sandwich that I have ever ate. The sandwich mostly consist of bread & batter and the sandwich is VERY dry...served simply with 2 pickles. My guess is that the sandwich was designed to be filling for blue-collar workers. Please understand, all indications is that you are buying a large juicy sandwich; but it is mostly a very thin SLICE of pork that has been heavily breaded....I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
