“Way Overpriced, Poor Service”

Ate here in early April '08. Service was extremely slow & surly. Had to ask for everything several times to get even a water refill. Don't mind paying for good food & service, but although the food was good, it wasn't special & the portions were miniscule. For dietary reasons, my spouse & I always share a dessert. Imagine our suprise when the apple "cake" was delivered. As Jackie Mason has noted, "They don't serve cake anymore, just cookies." And our waitress didn't even warn us that what we told her we were going to share was the size of an Oreo cookie & not as good. Do yourselves a favor & go to St Elmo

My husband and I went for our anniversary. Since they are now dinner only Tues-Sat and our anniv. was on a Monday--we chose to attend a special event there. It was a wine tasting with a special 5-course menu prepared by the chef. It was fabulous!!! The chef's sauces and purees were flavorful beyond imagination and the meats were succulent. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in the future to taste a little of everything else on the menu!!

My husband and I were in Indianapolis only one night on December 7th. The food at Elements was very good. I would love to have the recipe for the pureed Squash soup. Our entrees of Striped Bass and Walleye Pike were outstanding.

We enjoy researching good restaurants when we travel and this one didn't let us down. This small, pleasant, chef-owned restaurant gets a green light for food, service & ambience.
