Some out-of-town friends and I tried the Broad Ripple location of the Patachou restaurants on a Sunday afternoon. It was fantastic! There was a wait, but because the weather was so fabulous it didn't seem long. We were able to sit outside under the canopy, so we didn't have glaring sun in our eyes, although all tables had at least an umbrella for outdoor dining.

We chose omelettes and crepes and they were delicious. Not your standard fillings in either- gourmet cheeses and high-quality meats and veggies. I could have made a meal out of the whole wheat bread with cinnamon and sugar and the cup of fresh fruit. Outstanding quality of food. Local ingredients are used whenever possible, it seems.

Service was acceptable, although our waitress didn't frequent our table (and I started to run out of water). But that's minor. I will go back to this and recommend it as a "local's favorite" to anyone!

My wife and I had breakfast here and was blown away. The service was phenomenal - they were very kind and ready to serve. They have some of the best coffee I have ever had, and one can tell that they care about what they do. Very classy but not snooty. Also, they take great pride in their food and the environment so ... bonus.

This is by far one of my favorite places to have breakfast or brunch. They have great omelettes (which you can load full of lots of fun items for additional money) and fabulous french toast. If you like lighter things, they have yogurt and granola and good fruit when it's in season. Everyone loves their cinnamon-sugar toast. They have a variety of coffees from which to choose. Depending on when you go, you may have to wait for a little while, because it can get very crowded. I would suggest this to anyone!
