I had been to Outback in Georgia a couple times, and was more impressed with their prices than the taste of the food. Not sure if it was just because I was hungry, or that their food was that good, but this time it was different. Very different. the steak was butter soft (ribeye), and the wood fire grilling was really a taste treat (I had had my other steaks done in their signature traditional way, and wasn't as impressed). I had the grilled asparagus on the side. It too was quite nice. The only complaint that I had with the asparagus was that they didn't trim it well enough----fiberous ends on a couple of the stalks. Blue cheese dressing for my salad was definately homemade with ENORMOUS chucks of blue cheese----BONUS!!!!!
