I've stayed at this dump a number of times in the past. But my last time was the last. Me and my collegue both had the same complaints. Look , first this hotel is grossly mismanaged. The showers and water controls were leaking and looked to be beaten with a sledgehammer (in both of our rooms). Room service over 2 hours late (no one was working there it seemed). The bathrooms were unbelieveable. Don't waste your money there!! I stayed the next night right across the street at the Holiday Inn. Now that's a hotel!!! NICE STAFF, GREAT ROOMS

Would agree with previous post, and would compare to a Days inn. The room was fine, clean carpet, sheets, lobby etc., desk staff friendly. Near the airport terminal, but parked in economy long term lot @ $5.50 per day vs Radisson $10 per day rate. I was surprised being this close to terminal of the lack if any noise we heard from the airport all night long. I would stay there again for overnight if necessary.

My husband and I picked this hotel because of a 6 a.m. flight. Location-wise, it's right across the street from the terminals. Can't beat it. We were able to walk to the terminal in the morning.

The room was in my name. Due to work, my husband and I arrived separately. We have different last names. I was running behind schedule and my husband beat me there. He was able to get a key to the room simply by telling the front desk clerk that he was my husband. Although grateful that he was able to get into the room, I did feel uncomfortable about security issues.

The lobby is very nice. The rooms are just okay. They are clean, and comparable to a Days Inn.

It did serve the purpose of providing a comfortable room to sleep in for an early morning flight. If we had another early flight, we would definitely stay there again, but only because of sheer convenience.

Stayed here when my flight was cancelled. Front desk personnel were friendly and the exercise room was ok as far as hotel gyms go (although there were no cups for the water and it didn't look like anyone from the hotel visited it often). There was no pool.

Long distance from rooms to front desk. As a previous reviewer noted, the hallways and vending rooms upstairs are suffocatingly hot. The lower hallway was freezing. I noticed a couple having trouble with their room keycard, but mine functioned fine.

Bathroom extremely shabby and in disrepair. The rest of the room was ok but didn't seem to be cleaned well. The sink is oddly positioned and juts dangerously out into the bathroom, ready for you to whack your shin getting in and out of the tub.

I didn't eat there, but it is close to dining options in the airport terminal. You can't beat the 5 minute stroll to the terminals.

Overall, I would avoid staying here again.
