Nice clean and comfortable rooms, with queen size beds, staff was courteous and helpful. Restaurants nearby and some offered discounts if you stayed at the Wingate. Dined at Max and Erma's with 15% discount. Breakfast buffet was ok; make your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, cereals, bagels, muffins, fruits and juices. Pool area was nice and clean and comfortable. Stayed there while coaching in a softball tournament at Midwest Sports Complex with all players and parents very satisfied with the rates, rooms and service.

The hotel is nice, clean and convenient as others have mentioned, but what I thought was great about the Wingate was the service. The evening manager, Bruce, was so kind and helpful to us. And in the morning, the staff couldn't have been friendlier.

The hotel is right off I-465, which is nice and convenient and next to a LePeep, Max & Erma's and across the street from a Wendy's.

clean hotel, first time i stayed at a wingate. the staff was courteous.. little dissapointed in breakfast items that might have been cause they were busy and was not much left when we arrived

Stayed here and used a taxi to get to the Convention Center.
The hotel was really excellent. Breakfast was pretty good with fresh apples/bananas and yougurt was Danon.
Complimentary bottled water and snake bars in room.

Didn't use the indoor pool but it was certainly larger than most.
There are 2 or 3 walkable restaurant/bar type places.
Stick w/ Erma's across the parking lot. Not great food but not bad for a chain-like place. They even had fresh fish---which was okay.
Everyone told us that it would only be $25 bucks to taxi to downtown. With tip it's really $35 to $40ish
Next time I'll just book downtown or rent a car.
I'd certainly stay here again though. Paid $105.00
