We arrived and immediately asked the unhelpful girls at the front if it would be possible to meet a time restraint we had. I was assured that it would be no problem. A 10-15 min. wait was given. We were offered inside or out and I chose inside, though when it came down to it, she could have said that it would be immediate seating outside and our time would have been less stressful.
Being seated in approx. 15 minutes was not a huge problem (once we told her we would sit outside), but then there was waitress confusion (one came and took our beverage order followed by another one offering to do the same). The second one came back with our beverages and had somehow acquired an attitude. We asked before we ordered if there would be a problem getting our order quickly since 25 minutes had now passed since we were seated. We were told it should be no problem, but we had our doubts since we now had to leave within 20 minutes! Again, receiving a bit of attitude from Ann.
By the time our order was ready, we had to ask to have it packed up to go. Two of our guests had to leave ahead of us to meet their appointment and we followed behind with the food.
No eating utensils were included, so we had to wait for that as well. Then found out later that no salad dressing was provided for the salad that was ordered.
We thought that having 90 minutes to dine would be sufficient, but at Good Morning Mama's that wasn't the case, at least not this day. (The restaurant was full, but guests were moving out quickly, except for us.)
I will add that our food was tasty and would have been delightful had we been able to consume it in the atmosphere we set out for.
Disappointment because Mama Carolla's is outstanding with fantastic service. Will give it another try in the future with hopes of a better outcome.
