“Comforts of home while in Indy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

Hotel was clean and welcoming with a very attentive staff.

The lobby resembled that of a northern lodge which was warm and inviting. The rooms were spacious and clean rooms and much more quiet then your standard hotel.

Complimentary WiFi was great and never lost connection or had any slow downs.

The complimentary breakfast had a large selection including Waffles, Eggs, Sausage as well as country has browns. Not to mention all of the healthier selections and cereals.

A definite lotion to stay again when I am back in Indianapolis.

Room Tip: I suggest the King room as it feels like you are home in your own bed room. Right down to the comfy...

My family stayed here for a few days and were pleased with the property. The room was quiet and very clean. The staff helped us navigate an unfamiliar city with maps and directions. The hot breakfast was more than adequate.

Great first impression with a beautiful lobby and a spotless room. Breakfast was plentiful and better than expected. Great location in a quiet area right off the highway. I didn't think the staff was all that friendly, but didn't have a whole lot of interaction with them. Unfortunately the only thing that kept this from being an excellent review was because of the fact that my husband realized about 40 mins after we left that he forgot his jacket in the room closet. He immediately called and asked if someone could please go back and check out room. The woman who answered seemed pretty indifferent about it, but said she would call him back. Considering we had already checked out and were heading toward home you would have thought she would have done it in a timely manner. After waiting about 30 mins my husband decided to head back to the hotel. Sure enough it was right where he left it, but even after an hour he still had no received a return phone call which I think is extremely poor customer service. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this location, but its a shame that it had to end on such a sour note. Only about a 20 minute drive to downtown Indy was also a plus.

Room Tip: We stayed on the top floor and it was extremely quiet even though the hotel was full of a large high...

We stay in Hampton Inn whenever possible. Hampton has proved to be a wise and comfortable choice in any city. The Northwest Indy location is no exception to the rule. We arrived late after a long and weary day. The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was great in the morning and then we hit the road again. Nice stay and comfy beds!

We stayed here over the Holiday to visit family. Beautifully decorated hotel, breakfast was great, good location. I like how quiet it was. There seemed to be a lack of storage in the room, just a 3 drawer chest and closet. The air was extremely dry in the room. I had difficulty breathing. And the pool was cold, uncomfortably so. But we would stay again perhaps in the summer when heater isn't running in the room and the pool would be warmer.

This hotel is located in a quiet part of town for a good night sleep. I checked in with my family and even the check in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. We will use this hotel again if we ever travel in the area.

Was in town for the weekend with my wife to take our 4 year old daughter to the Childrens Museum, which was pretty easy to get to from the property. The hotel is "very" clean and in good order. It was also very quiet, which was good for relaxing. I think the only two things that gave us a little bit of inconvenience was no trays to bring breakfast back to room with and nowhere on the TV to plug my childs iPad in to watch her movies. A small microwave and refrigerator would have come in handing having a 4 year old. I still rate this property high because of how clean, quiet and well maintained it is.
