Room smelled. Carpet stains. Burnt food left in microwave. Called front desk and was told someone would come clean it and they would take $10 off rate. No one came to clean it. Breakfast stale & coffee weak. Big disappointment from la quinta.

The motel is in a shopping center that includes an Outback Steakhouse, Denny's, Wendy's, Lowe's Hardware, etc. The lobby and room were clean though not impressive in any way. Hallways were a bit worn and a bit smelly. Breakfast is nice and includes waffles, though there was limited seating on a Sunday morning (could not get a table; took food back to room). It was very disappointing to learn that there was no fitness facility at all.

We requested and received a different room when we heard a dog barking in the room next door. I have never heard a dog barking in a motel room before; I imagine our stay could have been very unsatisfactory if there had not been an alternative room available.

We recently stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, ther was no one at the front desk, just a little sign saying, "Clerk Will Return Promptly". There was no bell to ring, so I just waited, and wondered how long they'd been gone and what was their idea of "prompt". After about two minutes, the clerk showed up, and was very courteous in checking me in. The parking lot was full, so we had to park around back where there were about 10 semis parked. Our room was on the first floor, unfortunately on the back side where the trucks were.
The room was nice, roomy, and clean. There was a flat screen TV, and everything worked in the room. The Wi-Fi was slow, but it did work. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and everything was fine. We did hear truckers having a converstation outside our first floor window, and the A/C did not have a continuous fan setting, so it cycled off and on. It was quiet when on, but when it cycled off, there was no "white noise" to drown out the conversations.
The conteniental breakfast was minimal, cereal, toast, coffee, fruit and waffles. When we went to leave, I went to the front desk about 8:10 AM to check out, as I had not gotten a receipt. Again, there was no one there and the little sign was posted. I waited and after about 5 minutes, I started calling out rather loudly, "Hello, Is there anyone here?". The lady tending to the breakfast area heard me, and came over and said something to me in Spanish, then left. Apparently she went and got the clerk, as about a minute later, the clerk came in, with a rather surly attitude said, "Do you need something?". I told her I needed to check out. By this time there were two other people behind me waiting. She seemed to be unhappy that she was going to have to stay there and wait on all these people.
The price was fair for the room, $93 incl. tax, but they need to have a full time desk clerk with a customer friendly attitude, especially in the mornings when people are typically leaving. The breakfast would also need to be improved before I could give it a higher than "Average" rating.

The rooms are nothing special, the hotel is like dozens of other cheap hotels along the highway, but the wonderful Miss Torina at breakfast made our whole stay delightful. She was so cheerful and professional I recommend coming here just to see her!

My husband and I had never stayed at a La Quinta Hotel before and thought we would try this one out. We will never stay at a La Quinta again. This hotel was disgusting. The front desk manager was quite nice when we were checking in and offered an upgrade to an Executive suite if I joined the Lla Quita frequent visitor club. However, if this is an upgrade, I'd hate to see what else I would have been offered. The room smelled of smoke even thought it is a non-smoking hotel. The counter in the bathroom sink area looked like someone had been cutting drugs on it with a razor blade. The desk chair we blocked the door with for safety was filthy and stained. The carpet was stained. Cannot comment on the complimentary breakfast because we were afraid to attempt fate. There was a visible security guard on duty; however, she spent much of her time sitting in a vehicle by the entrance smoking. I am not certain how La Quinta manages its quality control of hotels in its chain, but they are definitely not doing their job!

Room Tip: Anywhere but here.

Treated like a special customer from the moment of arrival. Very clean room - we always check - super comfortable bed and nice amenities. Breakfast selection was a little boring, but the lady who served has the BEST attitude - and she gets your day off to a very cheerful start (they could use her as a customer service model). A really good value!

The hotel was ok! Clean sheets were a plus! The bathroom could have been cleaner and the commode cover was very soiled and needed replacing. Staff was good. Overall I would go back but would probably ask to inspect the room first.

Room Tip: Just take a look at your room before you commit.
