This was my first stay at this hotel when a buddy and I went to the Notre Dame-BYU game. I found the prices very reasonable, the room was as clean as an operating room and the breakfast buffet was tasty indeed.

Great family owned and operated facility. Give it a shot if you need to stay in the area.

We are RVer's and were having our fifth wheel worked on and this hotel was recommended to us because it is pet friendly, which we appreciate greatly. Room was clean, had a fridge, microwave and nice TV, also plenty of towels. Bed and pillows were ok. Room temperature was easy to regulate. Our only complaint is that when we looked at the website the price per room was $75.45 and we when received our bill on our last morning we were charged 89.94 per night. My husband spoke to the lady at the desk and he was informed that was the online price only. I could not find that notation on the website.

Room Tip: We liked the back because we have a dog. However you do hear the train frequently.

My wife & I and friends stayed here on the way home after a Notre Dame game. This is an owner operated motel that's well cared for, friendly and welcoming. Excellent value, good breakfast and a very nice, family friendly home away from home.

Every time we get back to Goshen for a work project or doctors appointment, we love checking into this hotel. There is fresh popcorn in the afternoons, usually Patricia or Scott (the owner) at the front desk and a comfortable bed waiting for us.

There are a few other choices in the Goshen/Elkhart area, but even when we have a short drive to the project, we choose to stay here .... it is because of the service and appreciation for our business that is tangible.

Breakfast is served earlier and later than any other hotel we use - and we travel for our jobs, so we have LOTS of other locations to compare to. It's convenient to downtown, a short drive to a local cafe & Wal-Mart, Dairy Queen and a Mexican restaurant is next door ..... and there is room for our large fifth-wheel.

You can't go wrong at this hotel in Goshen. Just make sure you leave a room for when we need it ...sometimes they can be booked solid.

Oh! be sure to listen for the clip-clop of the Amish buggies as they trot by ...it's a sound that means "welcome home" to us :-)

Room Tip: No elevators - ground floor rooms are most popular.

I stay at this hotel at least 4 times a month. The hotel staff is always very friendly and very professional. They have flat screen television in the rooms. I always get either a king size or a double queen. The rooms are always cleaned and I love the two pieces of candy that is always there waiting for me. This hotel makes me feel like a home away from home. The breakfasts are always good and the food is kept fresh.

Room Tip: If you can get a room in the back building it is really quiet.
