We stayed at this hotel for a quick week-end get-away. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and was generally clean and well-maintained. Depite what others have said, it really wasn't difficult to get to. You just have to pay attention to the signs. It's right off the interstate. We used the pool and hot tub which was extremely crowded because of a sports team that was staying at the hotel. The pool is really small and is shared with the Homewood Suites next door. We ate breakfast at the hotel, and it was OK. Generally, the buffet food was not very hot or fresh. My husband got french toast made by the chef, and it was good. That would be my recommendation -- don't do the buffet, order an omlette or french toast. It's much fresher. We used Hilton points to stay, so overall it was good value and very convenient.

I know you have choices when you travel and I'd like to thank you for selecting the Hilton Garden Inn. Our staff strives to provide the most comfortable, productive and problem free stay possible.
I want to thank you so much for the review of your past stay at our hotel. As breakfast is the start of many people's stay, I am very sorry that the buffet portion of the breakfast was not as good as it should have been. I have spoken with the chef and we are taking corrective action to ensure that does not happen again. I am very glad, however, that your husband enjoyed his made to order French Toast (that was included in the breakfast cost of $9.95/person).
Again, thank you so much for staying with us and I do hope that the next time you travel to the area you will consider staying with us again!
