I booked this room online with Priceline and it was listed they had a restaurant, lounge, along with room service. Upon arrival there was a sign that said as of September 29th the restaurant, lounge, and room service was no longer available. We got a very nice, modern room on the 1st floor. The lobby area is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoyed the Bath & Body Works toiletries in the bathroom and the fact there were a ton of towels, that was awesome. The free breakfast was a very nice addition and they had a wide array of hot and cold items to choose from. The rooms have comfy beds, plenty of storage space, great lighting, and really nice decor elements that add that extra touch to make you feel like you are in a unique space.
Here are my main issues that we experienced: The hallway is SUPER LOUD early in the morning. Close to our room was a lot of housekeeping closets, mechanical room, etc and we could hear the staff starting around 7:00 each morning. Then all the other guests with their children going to breakfast and a lot of these people were talking way too loud for that early. We could hear kids running the halls on the 2nd floor and since it was a weekend we wanted to sleep in until 9:00 or 10:00, this way irritating and did not stop until breakfast was over. There were a lot of families staying at the hotel and the kids at breakfast were loud and running all around too. The noise in the hall was the main drawback and if you read other reviews they list the same problem. This place is very loud so if you are wanting a quiet, peaceful stay or any sort of romantic get away I suggest trying another hotel. There are no tubs, only stand up showers. A hot bath was on my weekend agenda so I was kind of let down to only see the shower. The showers are nice with great water pressure! We had no hot water in the sink though which sucked.
Overall, it is a nice hotel with really cool rooms if you can stand the noise.
