Great food and atmosphere. The Log Inn is an old fashioned family-style restaurant that allows you to go back into the 1800's for an hour or so. The food is great and all made from scratch. It is located in an old stagecoach stop/inn just north of I-64 (Evansville,
IN). The facility still shows the original wood and mortar structure in certain dining rooms of the restaurant (ie Lincoln Room). There is also an old player-piano in the main entrance along with the original bar with bell to ring for service. This stagecoach stop is one of the stops that Abe Lincoln used during his travels.
The Log Inn has been featured on the Travel Channel and Food Network. It is a must see when traveling thru Southern Indiana.
