We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in June of 2006, and we were very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed in several other Country Inn & Suites hotels in various states and have been more than pleased, which is why we decided to stay here enroute on our way home from Niagara Falls.

We when arrived, there was a raving lunatic in the lobby demanding to receive someone's paycheck. He appeared drunk and belligerant and I was almost afraid to stay here! We ended up staying because we would have had a 5 hour drive home. The pool area is in the basement and the pool is cold (even for an 11 year old) and the hot tub is too hot to even sit in.

At night we could hear every flush and running of water in the adjacent rooms and it kept waking everyone up. In the morning all you heard was doors slamming and people running up and down the hall. When checking out, the clerk never even asked how our stay was.

I would not stay here again and I would be reluctant to stay at any other Country Inn and Suites in the future.

Made reservations for us to ensure a pleasant stay as my mother-in-law was to spend the majority of the visit with my young daughter at the hotel while I spent time visiting family in hospital. Definitely not the typical experience of staying at a Country Inn and Suites. The entire place though fairly new just looked run down and not taken care of. The bathroom was dirty, the carpets were dirty and the hallways were unswept and had alot of nicks in the walls. Definitey not worth the little extra (80+) and not what we had hoped for. Disappointed because that's never been our experience at any other Country Inn and Suites and would never stay here again.

Was pleased with stay; room was clean, food was good, enjoyed pool, walk to grocery store, a few restaurants and a couple other small stores. Close enough to Notre Dame to visit son and attend game, but far enough to keep prices down ( a little bit...football weekends are always bad). We really like the suite layout with a door on the bedroom and the bathroom accessibility without having to walk through the bedroom.

The Counrty Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay! The staff was extremly nice and satasfiying; the breakfast buffet included lots of choices and hot items. However, I would probably not stay here again because the hotel's cleaning supplies were all fragrented in a very strong deotorizer that I could not handle due to savere allergies. The staff gave us an air purifier to plug in and the smell was quickly gone. The pool was nice and had pictures of fish and dolphins tiled on the bottom. The room was nice but had a couple of nics that could not be helped. Over all, it was very clean and nice.
