This was a pleasant surprise. The decor and ambiance are mid to late Red Neck, but the food is great. Filling, well prepared, and more than you think you can eat – but you will clean your plate. Service was fast and friendly. They really mean it when they say breakfast stops at 11:00. We walked in about 10 to 11, being on Central Time, and were served breakfast. A couple of regulars, at least the waitress called them by name, who came in just a few minutes later were told No when they asked for an omelet.
