On a cross country move we stayed at the Super 8 in Cloverdale, IN. We paid $65 for the night for a room with 2 queen sizes beds. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything looked recently remodeled. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff recommended local pizza place for dinner that was fabulous. Free breakfast was also great for the price, well stocked and fresh. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a great value in an interstate motel.

The staff was very pleasant, but the room was clearly not worth the price paid. The beds were ok, but you'll definately want to take your own pillows if you stay. The room temperature was difficult to regulate by the wall unit and the televisoin was "locked" with close captioning on every channel. The soft water was a nice feature, but the towels felt like sandpaper. With the other hotels in the area, this will and would be my last choice when staying. Parking area was so-so.

This was my fifth trip to the Cloverdale/Greencastle area in the past two years. In my previous trips I had stayed at the Holiday Inn Express across the road but, this time, they were booked and I settled for the Super 8 as a second choice. I should have made it my first choice.
If this Super 8 has a down side, I couldn't find it. The hotel lobby has a friendly atmosphere to it, the rooms are good sized and kept in excellent condition (the ones I had both had a microwave and mini refrigerator), the beds are comfortable, air conditioning is in excellent shape (it's actually quiet), TV channel selection is excellent, internet connection is fast and dependable, complimentary breakfast is excellent, and so on and so forth.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I had to extend my trip and the room I was in had been reserved by someone else for my extended stay. Even though the hotel was almost sold out, they got me into another room and even moved my luggage. Check in was easy, check out was just as easy. The staff is just flat out awesome.
Hotel access is easy, right off I-70. There's plenty of fast food restaurants around and the truck stop restaurant across the road serves a decent meal. The hotel is about 1/2 hour away from the Indianapolis Airport so it's actually convenient enough for a trip to Indy.

My family stayed there on a trip with my College age daughter. We had a good night and the room was acceptable for the price. We probably would have stayed there again. But when we received our bill there was an extra $32.00 charge. I called the hotel and spoke to the desk clerk. I was told there were 4 pillows missing. The manager was out of town , so there was not much I could do until he returned. The manager called and we spoke about the charges. We were credited the charges for the pillows , etc. He was more than polite and apologized.

This was the first time I had stayed in a Super 8. I have stayed in hotels from the West Coast to the East Coast and this was the only time ever that this has happened. We have a reward card and also paid by credit. I am assuming that they put the charge on the wrong room , Remember the name Joann if you have extra charges on your card.
