We stayed here for a hockey tournament, we were assigned this hotel by the tournament. Overall it was a clean hotel with adequate service. The indoor portion of the pool could be a little bigger, but when the outdoor pool is open the size would be fine. This is a solid hotel for the $, but they didn't stand out as extraordinary in any way.

Love this hotel. Our offices are within 20 minutes so the location is great. The staff is always friendly and welcomes us back each time we come back. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. And of course - Love the cookies!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was very disgusted and furious the next morning to find bed bug bites on my feet, up and down my legs, arms, and back. I had to go to urgent care, buy antibiotics and other medicines, missed over 3 hours of work, and now have sleeping problems. Select a newer hotel or one that will attempt to correct a very bad situation.

We stayed here twice in a week - on the way to TN and on the way back. I booked this through Hot****.com and got the suite for $63 after taxes per night!!! Both times we were given suites with 2 double beds and a pull-out couch in the other room. There were plenty of beds for the five of us - me, my husband and three girls ages 10, 8, & 6. The bed linens and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bath towels were super soft! The girls had tons of fun in the pool - have of it is inside and the other half is outside - they had fun swimming between each side! The weight/exercise room is right off the pool area and had quite a variety of equipment. We did order room service once and the food was pretty good, too! The cookies you receive when you check in are WONDERFUL! Check-in and check-out went very smoothly and had no trouble at all!
