“One of the nicest Staybridge properties”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2012 via mobile

I am a true Road Warrior and as a Hilton Diamond and ICG Platinum member I stay in many numerous Hilton and ICG properties over the course of a year. I don't usually take the time to write a review as most properties that I stay in simply meet my needs and do not really stand out.
I felt that I needed to provide feedback on this particular property though as the service level and amenities offered are simply superior to other properties within the ICG family that I typically frequent.
First, the property itself is simply gorgeous. It has full service amenities such as food, pool, etc but it also has a walking trail at the rear of the property.
Rooms are the standard Staybridge fare but they are new and very well maintained.
I was skeptical as to the location at first as the.property is in a commercial area with no food / beverage options within easy walking distance.
This turned out to be a non issue as the property hosts a 2 hour hospitality " happy hour" in the evening where guests can eat and enjoy a few complimentary adult beverages while chatting with other guests and the very friendly staff members.
You won't find the service level of say an Intercontinental Times Square here but the price point makes it a perfect stop for this traveling to the Indy area on business or pleasure.
I highly recommend this location and will make this my next home for business when in the area.

WOW! I am so glad that you were able to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. Our Social has the ability to bring people of all walks of life together while sharing a cocktail. I will share these great comments with my staff. Thanks again Wildcat1897.

Had to visit Carmel for business. This hotel is in an excellent location in this very attractive suburb of Indianapolis. Very easy parking on arrival, a warm welcome, and the room is going to surprise you - very room, kitchenette stocked with everything you need to make your own meals (if you want). Very clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Would definitely return for my next trip.

My husband and I just returned from an overnight in Indy. We have already booked another stay soon. Everything everyone says about this hotel is true. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and beautiful. The coffee was very good and the juice....well you could tell it wasn't watered down like at some others. We have already booked another weekend visit in November.

We stayed in a suite that was pet friendly and near the door so we did not disturb anyone with our two dog's potty break. There was a pet fee charge, but that's fine. We are not comfortable if our dogs have to stay in the car all night. The rooms were well insulated so we didn't hear the noise of our neighbors. We also loved the free laundry center that was open 24 hours. The room was clean, the staff friendly and efficient and we could tell it was a well managed place. They had a fantastic dog walk with a lighted path right next to a park with a big open field. Breakfast was excellent! There were many choices and a large seating area. It was close to many attractions and easy to find. We will make sure we stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Lived here for two full months while transitioning to Carmel (Indy area) from Chicago. The best part of Staybridge is the excellent and friendly staff. The rooms are well designed and make great use of space - not huge, but perfect for one or two people with a perfectly functional little kitchen. The grounds are nice as well, indoor pool, extra storage lockers, business center, good breakfast every day, and happy hour freebies Tues-Thur nights. Location was excellent for Carmel, but you could definitely hit Indy from here as well (20-25 min to downtown). Highly recommended.

This property is one of my favorites and we've stayed at some of the best hotels in the world in Europe, Southeast Asia, South America, etc. Obviously it can't be considered a five star but it's a great place to stay.

It's designed as an extended stay hotel but our stays are usually just for a couple of days since we have close relatives in Indianapolis.

The rooms are all suites. All come with kitchens complete with a two burner stove, good sized fridge, microwave, dish-washing machine and all the cups, glasses and plates you would normally need.

Some rooms have one double bed with a big couch (which can be used as a pull-out bed). Others have a king in a separate sleeping room along with the main room with pull-out couch. Each room comes with a decent size flat screen. And in the suites with a separate bedroom, there's an extra flat screen in there.

The rooms are sparkling clean and the staff members couldn't be nicer.

I may have the days wrong on this but on three days each week (I think Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) guests are welcome to happy hour in the breakfast room from 5 until 7pm or something like that. Each night they have a different food theme. It might be a taco bar or stir fry on offer. Plus they offer two beers on tap and wine, too, and it's all on the house. A very nice touch.

Breakfast comes with the room and they offer such things as scrambled eggs, bacon or perhaps sausage and sometimes, my favorite, biscuits and sausage gravy plus make your own waffles, fruit, etc. They have a little store open 24/7 right off the lobby where you can purchase frozen meals and other items and I think even beer.

Outside the breakfast room is a patio area that's just beautiful. It offers gas grills so people can cook meals out and a nice fireplace.

They have a nice indoor swimming pool and provide internet service for guests in the lobby plus wifi in the rooms. And they have something that our grandkids just love - a home movie theatre complete with huge, cushy reclining seats. Bring your own CD movies and load them for a big screen experience and super sound quality!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating here. Most stays the rooms have gone from $106 to $130 depending on the type of accommodation and the day of the week.

I highly recommend this property to you. We have never had a bad experience here!

We've stayed at this hotel many times & love it! very friendly staff at the front desk (they always remember us); attractive, immaculate, well appointed rooms with plenty of lighting; comfortable beds & pillows, lots of fluffy towels in spotless bathroom; great variety at breakfast buffet, including fresh fruit. in addition to the pool & fitness center, there's an approximately 1/4 mile gravel walking trail along the woods behind the hotel.
This place actually feels homey! I wish there were more companies that treated their customers so well!

Room Tip: Rooms that don't overlook the patio are quieter.
