“Hotel and golf resort far from traffic”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2013

I hesitated to book a room here because all I was seeing was camping sites for families. This hotel and golf resort is best enjoyed by couples and anyone loving the game of golf. It is very sophisticated overall.
We visited in. November when weather was cool and sun was out. Perfect for walking the course.
We were charged a fair rate for a king room with a balcony which incl. breakfast. You must walk to restaurant which is a lovely walk. Make reservations for dinner to be assured a table.
Pros: new modern building and rooms, spacious rooms, separate toilet area, French doors lead to balcony, clean, quiet, friendly staff and quite helpful with reservations and directions, free parking, fantastic breakfast, fantastic dinner, very very private rooms, internet connection good.
Cons: layout of rooms although large is strange, small kitchen not needed, tub shower hard to get into, no toiletries, tiny soap and body wash attached to wall, hallways are strange and feel like you are in a conference center, no towel rack in separate toilet area to dry hands, tv terrible reception.

Definitely worth traveling to and cons are minimal in nature but should be considered by staff. Overall it's romantic, clean and rustic all at the same time.

Room Tip: Choose away from pool and possibly golf course view.

We stayed for a week in a 3 bed town house. The facilities were superb and the house was very clean , it felt like home from home. The resort is beautifully kept in all areas and thoughtfully designed to ensure privacy and comfort. The pool area was lovely and kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The spa is exceptional and only 16 euros for a day pass. We found the food in the restaurant incredible and the service brilliant. We very much appreciated the childrens menu also. The morning bakery with fresh croissants and bread was a lovely addition to the stay and we used this every day.We would very much recomend this resort and look forward to going back again another time.

Room Tip: When travelling with children the town house was ideal as the shared pool is more sociable for them...

Excellent for both golfers and non-golfers looking for an enjoyable and convenient base to explore the area, just 30min to the seaside and with a beautiful scenery around. Very well kept domain, nice and modern rooms, and excellent service. Highly recommend St Endreol!

We loved the maison de hameau- we had a lovely little villa in the resort, with access to a great pool and lovely neighbours. A silent neighbourhood where people enjoy resting. A lovely restaurant with abreathtaking view on the golf. Great spa treatments, that are quite pricey but quite perfect too- so all in all really worth the money!
Many nice visits to be done in the region and the satisfaction of a home away from home that is just lovely.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite and found it in very good condition, spacious and really clean. The suite, with a great living room, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms was definitely big enough to house 4 people.
The green spaces around were well kept and enjoyed wonderful views from the balconies.
The golf course (main interest!) was challenging and in good condition. We found the golf rather expensive, but found a lot else to do and see in the great surroundings.
Guess we will go back there someday, as we liked the life in Provence.

Very quiet, very clean, professionalism of the staff much appreciated. Very well equipped, spacious and stylish room. Amazing Hills view with a lovely balcony. Restful sleep. Guard at the entrance makes you feel welcome and safe. Great spa. Outstanding really. I took a brochure with me, thinking of booking a few days break with my husband. Very happy with my stay!

My wife and I booked a 7 night ( 4 rounds ) package direct with the hotel. The location is lovely inland from St Tropez in a pine forest with water coming into play on several holes. The layout is spectacular and a good test off the white tees for category 1 and 2 players, others must use the yellows and ladies of course the red. The rooms are tasteful with a massive bed and a gorgeous bathroom, twin washbasins, walk-in shower, big bath and separate toilet, bath sheets provided to boot. My only criticism is the lack of easy chairs for post golf relaxing, there is a miniature kitchen though with fridge and microwave. The reception staff, and the chief housekeeper were charming and with a sense of humour. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent quality, with drinks you would pay about 100 euros, the service was very good. Drinks and snacks in the clubhouse were also of a high standard. There is a great restaurant La Maurette about 2 kilometres easy drive away where you can get four courses for a lot less than the hotel prices, if you opt for carafes of wine and water, which are excellent. Reception will book it for you. Lovely swimming pool relaxation area with hardly anyone there in September, when the weather is superb. If you are not very fit would advise a buggy for golf the slopes are quite severe with quite some distance from green to tee on several holes.
