Arrived at 9:30 AM as I was on my way to meet folks in North Carolina and this was a respite from driving. The entire crew when I was there were younger (high school/college aged) folks. They were all friendly, but the vibe lacked professionalism. But my experience was good. The first tour was scheduled for 9:50. The maps and posters around the visitor center were somewhat cheezy but interesting. I ended up having a private tour. It was nice and cool in the cave and Nick the tour guide was personable and knew his stuff. We saw a bat, and numerous cave fish and crayfish. The boat ride is to an end and back, you turn around so you see the opposite side on each direction. I recommend getting there first thing in the AM to hedge the odds to having a smaller number of people on the tour. I had gotten online and printed off a $2 off coupon, which they honored. It was enjoyable.
